I'm Jack, and I'm based in Plymouth, MA — about 40 miles south of Boston on the South Shore.
I started Meraki Technologies because I was tired of watching small businesses pay monthly fees forever for systems they didn't fully understand and couldn't control. My approach: I build the system, stay hands-on for 90 days to make sure it works in the real world, write a complete Owner's Manual, and then get out of the way. You should never need me to run your own business. If you do need me again, I'm here — but that should be your choice, not a dependency I've built in.
Being based on the South Shore isn't a marketing line — it's how I work. I meet clients in person, I understand the local market, and I'm not disappearing after the invoice. I'm building a business here too.
